Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, seeks a Head of Customer Engagement Internal Operations & Services to unify service standards and enable CE leaders to deliver high-value work. You will oversee Meetings and Logistics, CSO support, Activation, Tools & Training, and ABP Services, shaping a scalable, customer-centered operating model.

The role emphasizes demand and capacity management, performance visibility, and strategic partnerships with field and enterprise teams.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
10–12 years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience.
Significant people leadership experience, incl. leading managers and/or specialized teams.
Experience designing or managing shared services, service operations, or enterprise support models.
Experience establishing standards, governance, capacity management, and performance measures.
Ability to influence senior leaders in a complex matrixed organization.
Willingness to travel for internal and external business meetings.

Mansioni

Lead the CE Internal Operations & Services across Meetings and Logistics, CSO support, Activation, Tools & Training, and ABP Services.
Define service catalogs, governance, and integrated CE service model.
Maintain demand, capacity, and performance dashboards with regular reviews.
Oversee vendor relationships and continuous improvement for services.
Partner with CE Operations, Field Operations, and Enterprise Operations to streamline handoffs and delivery.
