Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks a Portfolio Operations Manager to drive the CE enterprise portfolio. You will own intake, prioritization, governance, and the integrated view of capacity, dependencies, and milestones.

You will partner with CE Leadership, Regions, HEDs, RBO teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy and transparent portfolio decisions across competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in portfolio, strategy, program management or operations.
• Experience facilitating senior leadership decisions with priorities.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and governance capabilities.
• Ability to influence across a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CE enterprise portfolio across initiatives, launches, and commitments.
• Own intake, evaluation, prioritization and sponsor alignment processes.
• Lead portfolio governance cadence and decision materials.
• Develop capacity, sequencing, and tradeoff recommendations.
• Provide executive synthesis and maintain milestone visibility.
