Job summary

Genentech, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Operations Manager to lead the CE enterprise portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, and roadmap.

You will partner with CE Leadership, Enterprise Operations, Regions, HEDs, and RBO teams to ensure resources align with priorities and transparent decision making. The role emphasizes capacity planning, dependency management, and schedule visibility across initiatives, launches, and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated CE enterprise portfolio across initiatives, launches, RBO work, and field-partner commitments.
• Establish clear criteria for strategic alignment, impact, urgency, effort, capacity, and enterprise value.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and develop recommendations when demand exceeds capacity.
• Prepare portfolio governance materials for CE Leadership and CELT, with concise explanations of tradeoffs and risks.
• Integrate capacity, sequencing, and dependencies across competing priorities and ensure visibility of milestones.
