Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC seeks a senior lead for major client accounts and project portfolios to ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction. You will drive retention, expansion, and business development while overseeing fee proposals and strategic opportunities.

You will manage financial performance, lead multidisciplinary teams, and guide risk mitigation, cost control, and value engineering to deliver complex capital projects—especially in data centers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects in data centers or similar high-tech/mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing project financial performance, resource planning, and delivery quality, including margin analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and development of fee proposals.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow infrastructure and capital projects offerings.
• Oversee financial performance: revenue tracking, margin analysis, AR, forecasting.
• Lead cost-control strategies and provide guidance in capital planning and risk mitigation.
• Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project team.
• Lead internal QA/QC reviews and post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes.
• Represent Accenture at industry events and act as a senior advisor to reinforce brand.
