Prime Healthcare is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to provide strategic leadership for nursing and patient care across our acute care hospitals. This executive role holds 24/7 accountability and partners with the governing board to drive quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Active and current RN license in the state of practice.
• Academic degree in nursing; postgraduate degree in nursing or related field preferred or planned.
• Current BLS certification and maintenance.
• Minimum five years progressive nursing management experience in a facility.
• Minimum two years leadership or administrative experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for nursing and patient care within the hospital organization.
• Offer executive level leadership to deliver nursing care, treatment, and services.
• Oversee assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of nursing practice.
• Hold 24/7 accountability to ensure high quality, safe care and resource management.
• Represent nursing on the governing board and professional staff committees.
