Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of executive leadership experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for nursing operations across multiple facilities.
• Lead and mentor Regional Clinical Directors and Directors of Nursing.
• Develop organization-wide clinical strategies.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and federal regulations.
