Job summary

A critical illness recovery hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical teams and collaborate with senior management. This role requires a BSN, nursing licensure, and significant experience in a hospital setting, including management. The CNO will resolve staffing challenges, manage budgets, and help create a supportive culture for staff. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and be passionate about enhancing both patient and employee experiences. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or equivalent Master's in Healthcare or enrollment in Master's program necessary.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience required; managerial experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required within specific timelines.
