Select Specialty Hospital - Tulsa, a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH), is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical operations and patient care. You will collaborate with the CEO and HR leader to tackle staffing, quality, and patient experience, while guiding a highly skilled nursing team.

You will learn leadership skills, manage budgets, and drive educational programs for staff and new graduates, ensuring high-quality care and a supportive culture for team members.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or enrollment in a Master’s program preferred.
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience; managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Current state RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and Champion the Select Medical Way, prioritizing patient care and staff well-being.
• Collaborate with the CEO and HR leader to address staffing, quality, and patient experience improvements.
• Provide high-standard leadership, work with departments like respiratory and rehabilitation, and guide the clinical team.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure fiscal accountability within the hospital.
• Foster a supportive, engaging culture for employees and lead educational initiatives for staff development.
