Qualifications

• Masters Degree required in nursing or related field.
• Doctor of Nursing Practice degree desired.
• Six to eight years of progressive leadership in nursing and clinical services in complex clinical environments.
• Active RN license required, RN-NM.

Responsibilities

• Champion and engage in interprofessional collaboration among nursing, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient care service outcomes.
• Lead efforts to maintain ongoing regulatory readiness through process improvement, measurement and policy oversight.
• Manage recruitment, orientation, education, certification, communication and retention needs of qualified nursing staff; meet turnover goals.
• Create and promote a positive, collaborative climate for direct care staff engagement and growth.
• Ensure evidence-based nursing practices are implemented consistently across the organization.
