Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks an experienced nursing supervisor to join the leadership team. You will supervise clinical and operational care processes, manage patient flow, and drive exceptional care experiences across the unit.

The role requires ADN prep, NM license, and active certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) with a focus on safety and quality in diverse service areas.

Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
• CDS Inpatient - all departments require BLS.
• Progressive and Critical Care Units: ACLS.
• Emergency Departments: ACLS, PALS.
• Pediatrics / PICU: PALS.
• Newborn Nursery / Mother-Baby Care / NICU: NRP.
• Fetal Monitoring; ACLS where required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes including patient flow, care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff.
• Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care for all patients in the service area.
