Job summary

Qualifications

• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention for nursing staff.
• Manage performance through coaching, evaluations and development.
• Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Promote collaboration and accountability to deliver excellent patient care.
• Partner with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to meet operational goals.
