Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in nursing from an accredited school; Master’s in nursing and/or MBA preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Alabama or state where employed; professional certification in Nursing Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates an interdisciplinary team approach to patient care delivery.
• Leads the effort to implement the model for patient care delivery.
• Ensures the development and evaluation of policies and programs aligned with nursing standards.
• Collaborates with medical staff, administrative teams, and leaders to improve quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Represents nursing in strategic planning and organizational development.
