Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Juris Doctorate or MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources or related area (preferred).
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead systemwide collective bargaining negotiations and act as lead spokesperson.
• Oversee contract implementation, administration and dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with UCOP divisions and external stakeholders to support labor relations objectives.
