Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a strategic and transformational leader to define and execute the end-to-end Modern Workplace Services strategy (End User Compute) globally.

This executive will drive revenue growth, improve margins, and scale delivery models to ensure consistent customer outcomes. The role requires building high-performance teams, aligning partners (Microsoft and OEMs), and delivering measurable business value across services, sales enablement, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Modern Workplace Services or IT Services.
• Proven track record of building and scaling services delivery organizations and project execution models.
• Experience driving KPI-led operating models and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Modern Workplace Services strategy aligned to SHI’s solution pillar objectives.
• Drive revenue growth while improving margin quality, mix, and operational efficiency.
• Own pipeline health, forecasting, and long-term financial performance.
• Build and lead a best-in-class Modern Workplace services organization, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across engagements.
• Establish standardized processes and governance for service delivery and projects.
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure seamless transition from deal qualification to delivery and client outcomes.
