Qualifications

• 10+ years in End User Computing or Workplace Technology
• 5+ years leading ExecVIP Support teams
• Experience supporting C-Level executives
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tech
• Experience managing large-scale service delivery and transformation
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in executive-facing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive/VIP Technology Support for senior leadership and C-suite.
• Own executive technology experience across workplace, remote, conference, and travel environments.
• Establish VIP support standards, SLAs, governance, and service excellence programs.
• Act as highest escalation point for complex executive technology incidents.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for endpoint, collaboration, network, identity, and security issues.
• Drive digital workplace transformation, AI adoption, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Lead service improvement programs using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Manage and mentor Executive Support Engineers and technical specialists.
• Present service reviews, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
