As a Commerce Director (Retail Media), you will lead client strategy and product development across a portfolio of ambitious brands. This senior role sits at the intersection of commerce, media, data, and customer insight, and will support the creation of innovative, connected solutions designed to drive measurable commercial growth.

You will act as a strategic advisor to clients in a fragmented commerce landscape, developing full-funnel strategies that align brand objectives with commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading commerce strategy development to drive revenue growth and long-term brand value; building senior client relationships as a trusted partner; creating connected commerce planning frameworks across retail media, media, data, and insights; identifying opportunities for innovation, product development, and team growth; using audience, shopper, and market insights to inform recommendations; and supporting new business activity through strategic thinking and thought leadership.

You will be expected to lead, develop, and mentor a growing team of commerce specialists while staying ahead of developments across retail media, technology, and AI. Ideal candidates will be strategic commerce leaders with experience driving growth for brands across retail and digital channels, including proven ability to build and deliver commerce strategies at scale, a strong understanding of retail media and measurement frameworks, and the capability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. You should also have experience managing senior stakeholders and leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, along with a commercial mindset, a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, and a natural curiosity to stay current with change.
