We see GLP-1s as powerful tools — not shortcuts — and we’re building a platform that integrates these medications with personalized coaching, movement and nutrition support, and ongoing care from licensed providers.
As we build this next chapter, we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to help shape our strategic marketing vision.
About the Role
We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our brand and growth strategy as we launch and scale our new telehealth platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can switch between high-level strategy and day-to-day decisions, and has a strong eye for design and storytelling.
You’ll guide a small but capable internal team, shaping the brand, optimizing the website experience, leading social and content direction, and helping translate our clinical credibility into a consumer-friendly voice.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can own the process, priorities, and vision, and collaborate cross-functionally to make it all happen.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, content, social, and paid channels
- Translate business goals into actionable campaigns that drive acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with founders and leadership on brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Design & Brand Oversight
- Guide the visual and creative direction of all consumer-facing assets
- Ensure consistency across touchpoints—from onboarding to retention
- Work closely with internal design, agencies, and video teams to bring campaigns to life
Website & Funnel Ownership
- Oversee the strategy and structure of the company’s websites, landing pages, and digital funnels
- Partner with product, design, and dev teams to optimize UX and increase conversion
- Ensure brand and performance goals are reflected in every digital interaction
Content & Social Media Direction
- Lead the internal social and content teams, aligning output with brand, goals, and trends
- Manage strategy for social growth, engagement, and community-building
- Ensure content resonates with both healthcare and lifestyle-focused audiences
CTV and Linear TV Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of CTV (Connected TV) and linear TV campaigns
- Collaborate closely with media agencies to align TV strategy (and paid social ads) with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach, frequency, and ROI alongside leadership team
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize for key metrics, and drive data-backed decision-making
- Lead or collaborate with media buyers, growth marketers, and analytics resources as needed
- Balance brand building with acquisition efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally in startups or consumer health
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries
- Strong sense of brand, design, and storytelling—and the ability to lead teams executing on it
- Website and app ownership experience, including CRO, messaging, and user flow
- Comfort navigating marketing in clinically-adjacent or regulated spaces
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of executional follow-through
- Thrives in ambiguity and startup pace—can build, lead, and adapt
