Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Position Overview:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the KEEPS Corporation/Dynatron Software will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for building, scaling and executing a high-impact marketing strategy to accelerate growth, drive customer acquisition, elevate brand presence, and position the company as a market leader. In close partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Client Success, the CMO will lead all aspects of marketing — including demand generation, brand strategy, product marketing, customer engagement, and communications — with a data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

This is a hands-on leadership role well-suited for a dynamic, strategic operator who excels in high-growth, results-driven environments. The initial objectives of this newly created role will be to assess the current marketing organization, align resources with business priorities, and establish a foundation for scalable growth. The CMO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in driving value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and investor expectations.
  • Build, lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team spanning demand generation, brand, product marketing, customer marketing, and communications.
  • Assess the current marketing organization, structure, and capabilities; provide strategic recommendations to align with growth goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and improve conversion rates.
  • Strengthen product marketing capabilities to refine positioning, develop bold messaging, and equip GTM teams with effective enablement tools.
  • Expand brand awareness and reputation across target customer markets.
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack and performance analytics to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, content strategy, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Provide marketing leadership in support of potential M&A, integrations, or future exit planning.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and key vendor partnerships to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with 3+ years in a top marketing role (CMO or SVP/VP Marketing) in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
  • Private equity-backed or fast-growth company experience required.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies that directly drive revenue and business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise across demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, branding, and customer lifecycle engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance teams.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with hands-on expertise using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Benefits Summary:

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision and dental insurance
  • Employer-paid short-term disability and basic life insurance
  • Participation in Equity Incentive Plan
  • 401(K) with competitive Company match
  • Flexible Vacation policy
  • 11 paid holidays
