Jobgether SRL is seeking an Executive Director, Marketing Analytics Platform Strategy in the United States. Lead strategy for marketing analytics platforms, data governance, and insights delivery in a complex financial services environment.

You will drive scalable data solutions, partner with Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Product, and mentor high-performing teams to translate business needs into technology investments and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or similar quantitative field, or four years of relevant education/experience.
• At least 10 years of data/analytics experience in financial services or similar complex environment.
• At least 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven data strategy development and execution with senior stakeholder influence.
• Strong executive business acumen and outcome measurement.
• Experience leading Agile projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to conduct large-scale analyses to inform strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into analytical hypotheses and actionable solutions.
• Deep knowledge of complex data architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for marketing analytics platforms and data governance aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead scalable data/analytics solutions for marketing effectiveness, targeting, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle for reliable, actionable insights.
• Modernize data ecosystems with improved quality, accessibility, and automation.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and controls to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech investments.
• Develop AI-ready data foundations for advanced analytics and customer experiences.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams with workforce planning and budget oversight.
• Provide executive thought leadership on emerging data/analytics technologies.
• Oversee Agile delivery of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks related to data/analytics in compliance context.
