PHd is seeking a Managing Director of Business Analytics to lead the analytics practice for enterprise marketing and data strategy. The role focuses on guiding executive stakeholders, driving growth, and transforming marketing, data, and measurement capabilities across clients and internal teams.

You will mentor teams, shape analytic roadmaps, and deliver high-impact insights that translate into tangible business outcomes for major brands.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise marketing analytics, customer strategy or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional executives (Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations).
• Strong leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
• Expertise in marketing analytics and data solutions (1st/3rd party data, data lakes, clean rooms).

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and business unit leaders.
• Build long-term client relationships driving growth and retention.
• Lead enterprise marketing, data, measurement, or operating model transformations.
• Develop data-driven roadmaps and practical analytic solutions for business impact.
• Provide thought leadership on analytics, research and ad-technology concepts.
