Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Vice President, Legal - Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the legal aspects of strategic transactions involving data centers and digital infrastructure. The role requires deep M&A expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate regulatory, real estate, and sector-specific considerations.

You will report to the SVP and General Counsel, lead outside counsel, and partner with executives across the company to structure, negotiate, and close high-value

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership.
• At least five years of M&A and corporate transactions experience.
• Experience leading large, complex deals (> $100M) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all legal aspects of acquisitions, mergers, and strategic transactions.
• Structure and negotiate purchase, merger, JV, and investment agreements.
• Oversee due diligence and risk assessments for transactions.
• Advise executives on structure, diligence, valuation, and post-closing obligations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and cross-functional teams through closing.
