Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of legal experience advising businesses on complex matters.
• Top law firm and in-house experience preferred.
• Hands-on derivatives documentation (ISDA, CSA) and trading counterparty relationships.
• Working knowledge of U.S. digital asset regulation (CFTC, SEC, FinCEN).
• Experience managing contracts, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Independent, pragmatic, business-oriented advisor.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional partnering.

• Advise on legal risks and regulatory developments impacting operations and strategy.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage vendor, technology, partnership, and service contracts.
• Support corporate transactions, financing activities, and strategic growth.
• Oversee governance matters, board support, records, and entity management.
• Develop and enhance legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Partner with compliance, finance, and operations to implement controls.
• Manage regulatory inquiries and relationships with government/industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate outside counsel for efficient and cost-effective support.
• Establish policies and best practices enabling scalable growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on new products and day-to-day operations.
