Job summary

Larson Network Services, LLC is seeking an experienced General Counsel Corporate Secretary to provide strategic legal guidance across financial services and related operations, partnering with executive leadership to manage risk and governance.

You will oversee corporate secretary responsibilities, advise on regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and mergers, and coordinate with outside counsel to support growth.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law with good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 8–10 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with law firm and in-house mix.
• Experience advising financial services, wealth management, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, employment law and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to executive leadership on corporate, regulatory, contractual, employment, governance, litigation and business matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on vendor, employment, real estate, and acquisition documents.
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, board support, minutes and records.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas, materials, consents, and follow-up items.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and support M&A, restructurings, and post-closing governance.
