Job summary

Guggenheim Investments is seeking a Learning and Leadership Development leader to build the skills, leadership capabilities and continuous learning culture that employees, managers and leaders need to perform at their best today and to prepare for the future.

This role, based in Stamford, CT or New York City, will set enterprise learning strategy and run development programs from onboarding to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development, leadership development, organizational development or talent, including ownership of enterprise learning strategy or a leadership development portfolio.
• Experience designing and launching manager and leadership development programs end to end.
• Track record designing or running executive development and coaching programs with senior leaders."

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year learning and leadership development roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Design and run the manager development pathway from readiness to core curriculum and coaching.
• Build and govern the leadership capability framework for senior and executive leaders.
• Lead AI fluency and adoption learning alongside reskilling programs.
• Own the learning platform, content portfolio, and learning budget; manage vendor relationships.
• Develop measurement metrics for learning outcomes (manager effectiveness, leadership readiness).
• Build and lead the L&LD team and promote inclusive development access across pillars.
