Job summary

Guggenheim Investments seeks a Learning and Leadership Development leader to shape enterprise strategy, design curricula, and run programs for managers, leaders, and professionals. The role focuses on building skills, leadership capabilities, and a culture of continuous learning across the firm.

Based in Stamford, CT or New York City, this full-time position oversees AI fluency, reskilling, and function-specific learning, with accountability for outcomes, not just activity, and for the Learning

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development or talent with enterprise strategy ownership.
• Experience launching manager and leadership development programs end-to-end.
• Experience with executive development and coaching with senior leaders.
• Ability to define and report learning outcomes and use data to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year learning and leadership development roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Diagnose capability gaps and translate into targeted development.
• Design and run the manager development pathway and core curriculum.
• Build leadership capability framework and executive coaching program.
• Own learning platform, content portfolio, vendors, and budget; build/build-buy decisions.
• Define outcome metrics and measure manager effectiveness and readiness.
