Job summary

Quizlet is seeking a Head of Learning Experience to own the vision and execution of our end-to-end study ecosystem. You will lead a multidisciplinary set of tools—adaptive engines, AI Q&A, audio guides, and community discussions—working with AI/ML, design, and science leads to personalize learning.

You will report to executive leadership and drive product value for tens of millions of students, delivering measurable improvements in engagement and mastery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying behavior/cognition in consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for adaptive study platform.
• Lead cross-functional pods across PM, design, and eng.
• Partner with ML and Behavioral Science teams on adaptive engines.
