Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX Design and leadership
• 8+ years managing senior leaders and teams
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation
• Proven ability to influence executives and strategy
• Education in Design, HCI, Learning Sciences, or related field
• Expertise in UX design and research methodologies
• Knowledge of AI-powered UX and automation workflows
• Experience in a Product Operating Model or similar frameworks
• Strong storytelling and communication for vision and collaboration
• Ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational change

• Develop and articulate a compelling design vision and direction
• Empower teams to drive innovation in education technology
