Job summary

Quizlet is seeking a Head of Learning Experience to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our end-to-end study ecosystem. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, and AI engineers to transform static materials into adaptive, personalized learning journeys for tens of millions of students.

This on-site role in San Francisco requires collaborative leadership with AI, ML, and behavioral science partners, delivering high-impact study tools and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership shipping consumer-facing digital products at large scale.
• Experience applying behavioral/cognitive science to drive engagement in edtech or consumer AI.
• Fluency with multi-modal product formats (audio/podcasts, Q&A, communities).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for adaptive, multi-modal study platforms.
• Embed learning science concepts into product mechanics to boost learning outcomes.
• Own and scale study tool suites including AI Q&A, audio guides, and discussions.
• Build adaptive engines with ML/behavioral science teams to tailor formats.
• Deliver measurable outcomes across 60M+ users and rapid iteration cycles.
• Lead cross-functional pods of product managers, designers, and engineers.
