Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer specialized in assembly and integration of high‑scale modules. You will own the end‑to‑end provision of assembly operations, drive takt‑based line balancing, and shape launch readiness for new module configurations.

You will lead ECO-to-floor transitions, standardize work instructions and torque specs, and push ramp efficiency with daily improvements on throughput and yield.

Qualifications

• Must have engineered assembly operations for large, complex products such as modules, vehicles, equipment, or skids.
• Able to balance lines and design stations that hit takt.
• Experience launching products through ECO storms and keeping the floor building.
• Standardize work instructions and torque specs as primary sources of truth.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly of modules (mechanical, electrical, controls).
• Build the assembly process: station design, sequence, torque and test standards, line balance.
• Launch new module configurations without breaking the line and manage ECO to floor transitions.
• Improve ramp performance: reduce hours per unit and raise first-pass yield week over week.
