Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a manufacturing engineer to own integration and assembly of modules at takt in Seattle. You will design and optimize stations, define torque/test standards, and balance the line to meet output targets.

You will drive ECO changes from engineering to floor, launch new configurations, and push for improved hours-per-unit and first-pass yield week over week. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling large, complex products such as modules or vehicles.
• Ability to design and optimize assembly stations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly of modules at takt.
• Build the assembly process: station design, sequence, torque and test standards, line balance.
• Launch new module configurations without breaking the line, manage ECO changes.
• Improve hours-per-unit and first-pass yield week over week.
