Job summary

Fluidstack in New York is seeking a manufacturing engineering leader to own integration and assembly of modules, guiding end-to-end line design and seamless ECO-to-floor changes.

You will push takt-based throughput, drive hours-per-unit down and improve first-pass yield, while standardizing work instructions and torque specs as the single source of truth. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy and tangible impact on frontier compute infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly end-to-end.
• Design stations, define sequences, torque and test standards, and balance the line.
• Launch new module configurations without disrupting production using ECO-to-floor change management.
• Reduce hours-per-unit and improve first-pass yield week over week.
• Lead and uphold standardized work instructions and torque specifications as the single source of truth.
• Live on the line during launch.
