• Food Safety: Champion food safety as a non-negotiable priority and hold leaders accountable to training, certification, and compliance.
• Financial Stewardship: Lead with strong understanding of profit and loss, labor management, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Systems & Development: Develop and refine systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Business Growth: Support sustainable growth by strengthening leadership capability, systems, and performance.
