Responsibilities

• Direct engagement, recruitment, training, performance and retention of laboratory staff.
• Direct managers and laboratory staff to achieve goals and objectives.
• Train leadership, establish succession plans and support for laboratory leadership.
• Engage with medical, business, scientific and finance leadership to sustain services and strategy.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to align product/service with laboratory goals.
