Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 12+ years in an IT leadership role.
• Ability to manage and influence cross-business and global teams.
• Ability to understand issues at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience building a high-achieving, cross-functional IT team.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to the strategic direction of IT and influence business direction.
• Develop strategic IT plans, processes, and solutions.
• Govern cybersecurity and information management per group rules.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, set strategy and KPIs, and manage budgets.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and align with global IT.
