Turtlebox Audio is seeking a strategic IT leader to drive technology strategy, governance, and security across a fast-growing consumer electronics company.

You will build and guide a high-performing IT function, aligning technology with business goals, and delivering scalable systems, data architecture, and AI initiatives. This on-site role in Houston offers a growth-focused environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and scaling technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team across support, infrastructure, systems, security and AI.
• Establish IT governance, policies, service standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Advise executive leadership on technology priorities, investments, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Oversee hardware, software, networks, cloud environments, identity and access systems, and collaboration tools.
• Evaluate and optimize ERP, CRM, data platforms, and integrations across the company.
• Design comprehensive cybersecurity programs with policy, controls, and incident response.
• Build reliable data architecture and governance for trusted analytics.
• Develop AI and automation roadmaps to boost productivity and decision quality.
• Oversee IT support operations and establish service levels and training.
