Job summary

Turtlebox Audio LLC, a fast-growing outdoor audio brand, seeks an IT leader to drive the technology strategy and build a scalable IT function. You will guide cybersecurity, data architecture, ERP/CRM, and cloud infrastructure while aligning tech with business goals and customer needs.

You’ll lead a small, high-impact team, partner with executives, and establish governance, standards, and risk controls to enable rapid growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience overseeing strategy and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record modernizing legacy systems and scaling infrastructure in growth mode.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with outcomes.
• Executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team across support, infrastructure, systems, security and AI.
• Establish IT governance, policies, service standards, and best practices.
• Advise executive leadership on technology priorities, investments, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Oversee hardware, software, networks, cloud environments, identity, access, and collaboration tools.
• Evaluate and optimize ERP, CRM, ecommerce, financial, supply chain, HR platforms and integrations.
• Create processes for software selection, licensing, configuration, integration, and vendor accountability.
• Manage technology vendors, MSPs, consultants, and external partners.
• Design a cybersecurity program and business continuity practices.
