Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Three years of increasingly responsible management experience in an educational institution, with two years in an area of administrator's assignment.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, access and student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervise instructional programs and student services to meet college goals.
• Oversee curriculum development, program review, scheduling and enrollment management.
• Direct recruitment, assignment and evaluation of department directors and staff.
• Advise the President on instructional programs and services and participate in governance.
• Prepare and manage budgets for assigned areas and ensure fiscal discipline.
• Represent the college in meetings, committees and public engagements.
• Lead collaboration with Student Services, Administrative Services and Institutional Effectiveness.
