OKX is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own local growth strategy across product go-to-market, customer growth, and priority segments. This senior individual contributor will translate business priorities into coordinated growth initiatives and measurable commercial outcomes, collaborating with global teams and regional stakeholders.

The role focuses on end‑to‑end campaigns, lifecycle strategies, and VIP engagements, with a strong emphasis on activation, retention, monetization, and lifetime

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience delivering end-to-end GTM or lifecycle initiatives with measurement.
• Strong segmentation, journey mapping, and messaging abilities.
• Ability to brief and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with VIP engagements or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own local product and lifecycle marketing from strategy to execution.
• Lead GTM programs for priority products with defined positioning and journeys.
• Develop full-funnel lifecycle strategies for high-value segments.
• Design lifecycle programs for retention and monetization.
• Coordinate with global Marketing and Lifecycle teams on briefs and messaging.
• Plan high-value customer events and partnerships.
• Monitor funnel performance and derive insights.
