Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience directing enterprise infrastructure and operations across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Proven ability to build multi‑year roadmaps and translate business priorities into technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for infrastructure services, AI/automation initiatives, and IT service management.
• Lead Cloud/Platform Engineering across Azure, Google Cloud, and on‑prem environments; drive modernization and cost optimization.
• Direct Network, Digital Workplace, and Warehouse technology enablement for high availability and performance.
• Oversee Site Reliability Engineering, incident response, change management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Recruit, develop, and retain executive leadership and engineering talent; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
