Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises platforms.
• Proven executive leadership: building vision, mobilizing teams, delivering outcomes.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders across technology and business lines.
• Track record of driving organizational change at senior levels.
• Experience managing major vendor relationships with cost accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a long‑term infrastructure strategy across cloud and on‑premises hosting.
• Define a multi‑year roadmap balancing resiliency, cost, and simplicity.
• Establish clear ownership, SLOs/SLAs, and metrics for availability, performance, capacity, and cost transparency.
• Manage key cloud/vendor relationships to optimize cost, risk, and performance.
• Improve financial accountability through unit economics and governance of the portfolio.
• Partner with cybersecurity to implement infrastructure controls and recovery capabilities.
• Recruit and develop a high‑performing infrastructure organization and model enterprise leadership behaviors.
