Job summary

Signify Technology seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure to unify and lead a mixed estate of on-premise, colocation, and cloud. You will own the enterprise infrastructure roadmap, budgets, and vendor relations, reporting to the CIO/CTO.

This confidential search allows you to shape the architecture and outcomes for the whole business. The role demands 10+ years in IT infrastructure with leadership experience and a track record of delivering high-availability, scalable platforms across hybrid

Qualifications

10+ years in IT infrastructure with 5+ years leading infrastructure teams at director level or above.
Proven ownership of enterprise infrastructure strategy and budgets.
Experience across on-prem, colocation, and major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise infrastructure strategy and multi-year roadmap across compute, storage, network, and data center.
Lead and grow the infrastructure, network, and systems engineering teams, including hiring and mentoring.
Own the infrastructure budget, including capital planning and TCO optimization.
Set direction for hybrid infrastructure and workload strategy across on-prem, colocation, and cloud.
Ensure availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery with tested continuity plans.
Oversee data center operations, consolidation or exit programs as needed.
Manage enterprise networking and connectivity to cloud providers.
