Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE seeks a strategic leader to direct enterprise information security, IT compliance, and AI governance. As our senior-most security and compliance leader, this person owns the company's security vision, cyber risk posture, regulatory and contractual compliance, and the assurance programs our clients rely on.

This leader operates at the intersection of technology, risk, and trust. They advise the senior leadership team and board, represent BI WORLDWIDE to clients and auditors, and

Qualifications

15+ years in information security, risk, and compliance.
7+ years leading security teams; 3+ years as senior leader.
Proven SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC certifications and attestations.
Experience presenting to executives and audit committees.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year security and compliance strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead security architecture, operations, GRC, and program investment.
Direct attestation, audits, and audit readiness programs.
Partner with Legal and Privacy on global privacy obligations.
Own budget, tools, and MSSP/MDR partnerships.
