Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Senior IT executive to lead enterprise technology strategy and ERP programs across its multi-site manufacturing footprint. The role drives governance, cybersecurity, and data architecture while partnering with operations and finance to optimize processes.

The VP of IT will manage D365 F&S, integrate acquisitions onto the platform, and ensure scalability, security, and cost control while delivering measurable value to the business.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading major ERP implementations from planning through stabilization and adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology strategy and governance aligned with growth and operations.
• Own D365 Finance & Supply Chain program, including cross-border rollout and integration of acquisitions.
• Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain to improve business processes through technology.
• Establish IT governance, controls, budget management, and vendor relationships.
