Job summary

Roskam Foods, a Grand Rapids-area food manufacturer, seeks an IT leader to drive ERP strategy and a technology roadmap across multiple plants. You will oversee D365 Finance & Supply Chain, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data architecture to enable strong operations and compliance.

You will partner with operations, finance, and quality teams to standardize processes, manage budgets, and deliver tangible value through technology investments and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership in a multi-site manufacturing setting.
• Successful ERP implementations from planning to stabilization.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data architecture.
• Presence in Grand Rapids, Michigan with on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pragmatic technology roadmap aligned with Roskam Foods’ growth, manufacturing, customer, and operational priorities.
• Lead IT functions including enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, technical data architecture, integration, and vendor management.
• Oversee D365 ERP programs for US/Canada rollouts and data readiness, training, and change management.
• Partner with operations and finance to improve processes through technology and governance.
• Identify AI opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem and drive measurable value.
• Establish governance, budgets, and vendor relationships; report to CEO and executive team.
