Job summary

The North Carolina Community College System Office is seeking a strategic CIO to lead enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and data enablement across 58 colleges. You will report to the system president and collaborate with executive leadership to advance student success and workforce development.

Responsibilities include developing a multi-year roadmap, modernizing core platforms, and ensuring secure, scalable technology services across the system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead enterprise architecture, security governance, and data platform initiatives.
• Oversee ERP, SIS, LMS, CRM, and other major platforms for modernization.
• Build partnerships with NCCCS colleges and state partners for interoperability.
