Qualifications

• Progressively responsible leadership experience in IT, including operations, budgets, projects, vendors, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity, network and systems administration, cloud technologies, IT governance, and data management.
• Experience developing technology strategies, governance models, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior administrators and boards.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and risk management.
• Knowledge of trends in higher education including AI, cloud, analytics, accessibility, and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and multi-year IT strategy alignment with institutional priorities.
• Lead technology forecasting, innovation, and AI strategy development and governance.
• Oversee IT governance, policies, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, expenditures, and resources.
