Signal & Strand seeks a Senior Vice President, Technology Innovation to lead the global technology strategy and delivery across premier entertainment venues in the Americas and beyond.

The role combines overseeing end-to-end technical delivery, defining a multi-year innovation roadmap, and representing the company with major partners and industry groups. A strong track record in large-scale capital projects and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in entertainment technology or related hardware-driven industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Deep fluency across digital projection, audio and immersive sound, show control, and systems integration.
• Proven success delivering complex capital projects and technology initiatives from R&D to deployment and operations.
• Experience with supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in a global matrix organization balancing regional priorities with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technical lifecycle of partner venues from deal handover to commissioning and ongoing support.
• Define long-term technology and innovation roadmap including next-generation formats and pilots.
• Lead development of immersive experiences, new formats, and premium concepts.
• Represent the company as senior technology liaison with partners, studios, and vendors.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, set engineering best practices, and drive organizational change.
