Job summary

HarborChase of Princeton seeks a visionary VP of Hospitality to lead hospitality, dining, resident experience, and service excellence across communities in Orlando. You will partner with operations, wellness, sales, and executive leadership to set and uphold standards that drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficiency.

You will design farm-to-table menus, train staff, manage budgets, and oversee VIP events and grand openings, while ensuring compliance with health regulations and company

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts preferred.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience as a professional chef.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a department head.
• Current food service sanitation certificate.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook software preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
• Knowledge of HACCP and OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations.
• Able to make independent decisions.
• Willing to adopt new methods and SOPs for BOH and Hospitality in general.
• Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens.
• Must travel 75-85% of the time.
• Must have experience in menu development.

Responsibilities

• Solicit resident and employee feedback on service standards and menus.
• Maintain a quality assurance program for meals and service.
• Train kitchen and service staff on standards and policies.
• Ensure safe food handling per regulations.
• Plan menus with farm-to-table ingredients.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and attend P&L meetings.
• Monitor costs and analyze reports to improve performance.
• Lead VIP events and grand openings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to differentiate communities.
