Main Line Health is seeking a Director of Hospital Coding Services to provide strategic leadership over inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary coding programs, ensuring accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS, and CPT coding for appropriate reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

This full-time on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HIM or related field, CCS certification, and five plus years of progressive coding leadership, with experience managing remote teams and outsourced vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive coding leadership experience.
• Extensive hospital facility coding, auditing, and reimbursement knowledge.
• Experience leading remote coding teams and managing outsourced vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for hospital coding programs.
• Ensure compliance with CMS coding guidelines and reimbursement methodologies.
• Collaborate with CDI, Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, vendor performance, and staff development.
