Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Social Services related fields required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Must have previous professional experience in administration of health & human services programs.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must have strong leadership skills and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Kiowa Health and Human Services functions.
• Administers day-to-day activities and manages budgets and grant activities.
• Develops funding sources and ensures compliance with federal/state/tribal requirements.
• Liaises between staff, chair, vendors and the public; guides strategic plans and reporting.
